Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1/2 cup Arby's original sauce or barbecue sauce
  • 1 package 12-count Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them attached. Set the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the deli roast beef evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Evenly spread the Arby’s or barbecue sauce across the meat.
  • Spoon and spread the cheddar cheese sauce onto each roll section. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • Combine the melted butter with garlic and onion powders in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning across the buttered roll tops.
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
  • Serve hot with additional Arby’s or BBQ sauce for dipping if desired.
