Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them attached. Set the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Layer the deli roast beef evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Evenly spread the Arby’s or barbecue sauce across the meat.
Spoon and spread the cheddar cheese sauce onto each roll section. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Combine the melted butter with garlic and onion powders in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning across the buttered roll tops.
Bake in the center of the oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
Serve hot with additional Arby’s or BBQ sauce for dipping if desired.
