Garlic Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

teaspoons
dry Ranch seasoning mix

teaspoons
garlic powder
or 3 teaspoons minced garlic
¼
cup
salted butter
melted
1
tube
10-count regular-size biscuits
3
oz.
mozzarella cheese
cubed into ¾-inch pieces
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 °F (204 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Cut the mozzarella into ¾-inch cubes and set them aside.
Open the biscuit canister, gently press each round flat, place a cheese cube in the center, then pinch the edges together to encase the filling.
Position the sealed biscuits on the prepared sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each.
Stir the melted butter with the Ranch seasoning and garlic powder (or minced garlic), then brush the mixture over every bomb.
Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the tops turn a rich golden brown.
Upon removal, brush with any leftover butter blend and let rest for 5 minutes.
Present warm alongside marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
