Ingredients

  • lbs kielbasa sausage or smoked sausage sliced into ¼-inch pieces
  • 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes halved and washed
  • 2 cans 15 oz each green beans, drained
  • ¼ cup butter
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Place the halved creamer potatoes into a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour the vegetable oil, garlic powder, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes over the potatoes in the bag. Seal the bag and shake well to evenly coat the potatoes with the seasoning mix.
  • In a large skillet, add the sliced sausage and ¼ cup of water. Cook over medium-high heat until the sausage browns and most of the water has evaporated.
  • Remove the browned sausage from the skillet, let it cool slightly, and then add it to the bag with the seasoned potatoes.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic and cook until the onions become translucent. Allow this mixture to cool slightly before adding it to the bag.
  • Add the drained green beans to the bag, seal it again, and shake gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Transfer the entire contents of the bag into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from the oven carefully, serve warm, and enjoy!
