Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thin tangy BBQ sauce, preferably Arby’s® Original Sauce
  • 12 ounces sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 12-count package Hawaiian rolls, halved horizontally
  • 2 teaspoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted, divided
  • 1 cup prepared Cheddar cheese sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Generously brush a 9x13-inch baking dish with a portion of the melted butter, ensuring the sides and base are well coated. Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls snugly in the prepared dish, layering the sliced roast beef evenly over them.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce uniformly over the beef and spoon the Cheddar cheese sauce across the top. Position the top halves of the rolls to cover.
  • Combine the remaining melted butter with the garlic powder and onion powder, then brush this mixture thoroughly over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the cheese is melted through and the rolls turn crisp and golden.
